Tiers
To make this equitable and value based, we work on a sliding scale, and quote work as requested.
Tier 1
Sites under ~20k visitors per month.
- Includes up to 4 hours per month of roll-over consulting time (calls, chat, and email) - 48 hours per year.
- Detailed Monthly Analytics Reports (2-6 reports)
Tier 2
Sites from ~20K-100k visitors per month.
- Includes up to 6 hours per month of roll-over consulting time (calls, chat, and email) - 72 hours per year.
- More In-Depth Monthly Analytics Reports (4-8 reports)
Tier 3
Sites above ~100k-400k visitors per month.
- Includes up to 10 hours per month of roll-over consulting time (calls, chat, and email) - 120 hours per year.
- Detailed Monthly Analytics Reports (10-16 reports)
Tier 4
If your site is larger than tier 3, please ask for a custom quote.
Non-Profit Organizations
Please ask for a custom quote as you will get discounted rates.
Digital therapy
Website maintenance and consulting per site.
- Tier 1 - $480/mo per site
- Tier 2 - $720/mo per site
- Tier 3 - $1200/mo per site
- Most projects will be quoted.
- Basic tasks and short term needs beyond maintenance will be billed at a negotiated rate.
Includes:
- Regular monthly consultation on Web, SEO, and CRO strategies - The higher the tier the more consulting time is included.
- Comprehensive analytics reporting and keyword monitoring - The higher the tier the more in-depth the reporting.
- The first month includes the creation of keyword and analytics reports for no extra fees.
- Potential inclusion of Website Hosting and DNS Management, contingent upon the site's storage needs and traffic volume.
